Problem

Real-Time GPS Tracking + Intelligent Navigation • Location tracking is activated only after the driver accepts a job, ensuring privacy and precision. • We integrated HERE Maps API, a logistics-optimised navigation system designed specifically for heavy vehicles. • This allows for truck-safe routing that avoids low-clearance bridges, restricted CBD zones, and unsuitable roads. 2. All-in-One Mobile Task Management • Drivers can view job details, change delivery status (e.g. en route, completed), and receive real-time notifications. • The workflow is streamlined for daily logistics operations and adapted to driver behaviour.
Solution
1. Lack of Real-Time Visibility in Delivery Operations • Drivers had no intuitive way to update or visualise their delivery progress. • Dispatchers and customers lacked transparency on the delivery status. • Incident reporting during delivery was manual or fragmented. 2. Navigation Mismatches for Heavy Vehicles • Through field research, we found that general-purpose mapping tools like Google Maps occasionally route truck drivers through restricted CBD areas or underpasses with low clearance. • These misroutes increase the risk of delivery delays and safety incidents. 3. Poor User Experience for Drivers • Existing solutions weren’t optimised for mobile use or on-the-go operations. • No clear task flow, reminders, or in-app guidance for drivers.
