Problem
At Wobitech, we have designed and developed a B2B2C Transport Management System (TMS) based on the needs of HR Logix (our direct client) and Amazon (an indirect client and key stakeholder). The system includes a Carrier Portal, a Customer Portal, and a Driver App. Customers can place orders through the Customer Portal and track their deliveries in real time via GPS. Carrier companies can use the Carrier Portal to manage orders, monitor GPS tracking, handle compliance and reporting, and access 24/7 online support. Meanwhile, drivers can use the Driver App to accept jobs, plan routes, and access other features designed to enhance their delivery experience.
Solution
In the current Australian logistics technology market, there is a clear gap in the availability of an all-in-one integrated Transport Management System (TMS) that can address the full range of operational needs, including order tracking, job allocation, 24/7 online order support, and instant digital booking. Additionally, based on the specific requirements of Amazon Australia, there is a lack of a mobile application that enables effective tracking and monitoring of truck drivers—such as real-time detection of speeding, fatigue driving, and the management of compliance-related documentation. No existing product in the Australian market offers this comprehensive set of features in a single platform, resulting in critical disruptions in tracking and regulatory oversight throughout the logistics and transportation process.
